You/we are able to put at least 10 landscape photographs of your property on the site and create: bullet points highlighting the most important aspects, location, description, accommodation, travel information and local advice. Special Offers: To encourage bookings, Owners can go into their account and add a percentage discount on bookings made for a choosen month. The property will appear when special discounts are searched for and are also accessed from the home page, on the feature section of the website.
Short Breaks: Allowing your property to accept short breaks will make it appear in the searches and under the short break feature button on the home page. (Traditionally, short breaks are booked by holiday customers during the winter months)
Last Minute Offer: This special feature has been created to maximise income for all Owners with availability at the last minute. e.g. If a booking is received within 7 days of departure the site will calculate a 20% discount. It is far better to achieve 80% of the rate for the week than to receive no income at all!
N.B. Only one discount can be applied per booking. The website will automatically calculate the highest discount available.
Property Of The Week: Advertising your property as featured on the home page incurs a small cost of £10+VAT per week. Enabling this feature will take you to a payment screen. (When the holi-lets.com home page is refreshed the featured properties will rotate).

All Owners can upload the holi-lets.com availability calendar into their own website. Bookings can then be made 24/7 via the owners website but will be processed in the normal holi-lets.com manner. This saves time on having to update your own website each time you receive a booking and saves you the cost of an advanced website with an on-line booking facility!
Unfortunately it is not permissable for holi-lets.com to link to owners websites.
No Sole Agency tie-ins or penalties
Owners are not tied into a contract for any amount of time and if owners book a week for their own use, or sell a week via some alternative means, there are no penalties, financial or otherwise.
